All Weather Windows COMMERCIAL was created in 2008 to service All Weather Windows’ burgeoning list of large-scale commercial clients. Specializing in commercial glazing solutions, All Weather Windows COMMERCIAL provides a wide variety of products for high rises, commercial, retail store fronts, multi-unit residential structures, hospitality, industrial and more.
With a wide variety of commercial glazing solutions that meet even the toughest energy efficiency standards, All Weather Windows COMMERCIAL’s products have helped numerous clients achieve LEED certification.
All Weather Windows COMMERCIAL is a division of All Weather Windows, Canada’s only large-scale window and door manufacturer with the ability to provide both residential and commercial glazing solutions to customers across the nation.
All Weather Windows COMMERCIAL has grown from our roots as a small residential window company of nine in a 10,000 square foot manufacturing facility to a nationally recognized provider of commercial glazing solutions including curtainwall, storefront, interior specialty glass and more.
Focus on Quality
All Weather Windows was awarded one of Canada’s Best Managed Companies for the eleventh consecutive year, achieving Platinum Club status five years in a row.

Our past is what makes our future so bright
All Weather Windows celebrates 40 years of providing Canadians with exceptional window and door services and continues to lead the commercial glazing industry.
All Weather Windows COMMERCIAL moves from a 10,000 sq. ft. facility into a new space in the fall of 2018. Now, operating alongside All Weather Windows Glass in a 90,000 sq. ft. facility, we have better scale, capacity and collaboration.
The birth of window wall
The All Weather Windows COMMERCIAL Window Wall product was introduced in 2017. This product, built exclusively for the Western Canadian marketplace and climate, allowed us to enter into the residential high-rise market. We sold our first Window Wall project in June 2017 and finalized our first installation in early 2019.
Entry into new scopes of work
In 2016, All Weather Windows COMMERCIAL expanded into a new scope of work through our first window wall project. In a partnership with Statesmen, we completed the Metro, a residential mid to high-rise building.
35 years and beyond
Now celebrating our 36th year, All Weather Windows continues to lead the commercial glazing and window and door manufacturing industries.
All Weather Windows COMMERCIAL displays consistent commitment to health, safety, sustainability and reliability, garnering recognition from COR certification in all three commercial operations.
Allan's Glass & Aluminum Products Ltd.
All Weather Windows COMMERCIAL acquired Allan’s Glass & Aluminum Products, a fixture in the Winnipeg commercial glazing industry for more than 28 years. This addition brought further depth of commercial glazing experience to All Weather Windows COMMERCIAL, elevating the level of service and expertise available to commercial and residential clients.
Reach & recognition
2010 marked All Weather Windows COMMERCIAL’s expansion into Calgary with the addition of ProGlass Commercial.
Additionally, in recognition of decades of innovation and commitment to energy efficiency, All Weather Windows is awarded ENERGY STAR® Manufacturer of the Year for Windows & Doors in 2010, 2011 and 2013, and Participant of the Year in 2012.
A tradition of revolution
All Weather Windows launches the revolutionary V-Weld. This innovative new process preventing air and water leaks revolutionized PVC windows, lending strength to the material and causing PVC to become a viable product option for commercial glazing projects.
All Weather Windows is also named one of Canada’s Best Managed Companies, a distinction we’ve been awarded every year since.
Commercial commitment, national reach
To better serve our growing repertoire of clients in the commercial and residential spaces, we acquired Maxim Glass and created All Weather Windows COMMERCIAL, bringing our relentless pursuit of client satisfaction to the commercial glazing industry.
Also, three decades after the founding of All Weather Windows, our Atlantic branch in Nova Scotia is opened, demonstrating that our customer commitment truly runs coast to coast.
New markets
Our reach was further expanded following the establishment of new branches in Regina, Red Deer and Kelowna in 2004 and Lethbridge in 2006. The addition of a second manufacturing facility in Mississauga in 2006 demonstrated our commitment to the Ontario market.
Onwards & upwards
Further expansion drove the opening of new branches across Canada—bringing our total to six—and the creation of a new state-of-the-art manufacturing plant spanning more than 238,000 square feet.
This move exponentially increased All Weather Windows’ production capacity, further cementing us as a leader in the window and door manufacturing industry.
It all started with nine
Three men named Harry Buhler, Gord Wiebe and Henry Banman came together to form a different kind of window company. With a small staff of nine workers and one 10,000 square foot manufacturing facility, All Weather Windows was born.
With hundreds of combined years of commercial glazing industry experience, All Weather Windows has the strategic, design and management expertise to ensure the seamless delivery of commercial glazing projects of any type and scale, all backed by our dedication to unparalleled client satisfaction.
