The Botanica project in St. Albert was a partnership between the family of All Weather Windows companies. Both All Weather Windows Commercial and Residential teams worked together to provide the full scope of glazing work for the project. The Commercial team created a stunning 10-storey curtain wall to go along with the interior glass work, while the residential team provided superior products for the residential portion of the project.
To round out the internal collaboration, all of the glass was provided by Canadian Insulated Glass.
The location of this project was a property that backed onto the Sturgeon River and produced several logistical challenges. Confined work spaces and a lack of access for material delivery were just some of the issues. Precise coordination of contractors, strict planning around weather conditions and exact measurements were all addressed to alleviate any time delays in the project.
Based on the success of the first phase of the development, the All Weather Windows Commercial team has been engaged for additional work on the project, including a residential building adjacent to the shopping centre.
With hundreds of combined years of commercial glazing industry experience, All Weather Windows has the strategic, design and management expertise to ensure the seamless delivery of commercial glazing projects of any type and scale, all backed by our dedication to unparalleled client satisfaction.
