Construction of the Edgewater project, consisting of two towers (30 and 26 stories respectively), began in September 2014. All Weather Windows Commercial worked with Pagnotta Industries on the exterior facade, curtainwall and entrance doors in addition to interior glass.
Installing the oversized spandrel glass in a limited working space was the project’s biggest challenge. Multiple installers and cranes onsite meant that clear and constant communication amongst team members was critical to the project’s success.
The Edgewater project was a mixed-use residential and Commercial project. By combining our expertise in both fields, All Weather Windows Commercial was able to take on the entire scope of the project which included PVC punched windows in the suites and a curtainwall façade.
Due to the constraints within the condensed job site, coordination and communication with the contractor, along with all other trade partners was crucial throughout the entire project.
The project’s success led to a stronger working relationship between All Weather Windows Commercial and Pagnotta Industries. All Weather was awarded the contract for the client’s head office as a result of this successful collaboration.
With hundreds of combined years of commercial glazing industry experience, All Weather Windows has the strategic, design and management expertise to ensure the seamless delivery of commercial glazing projects of any type and scale, all backed by our dedication to unparalleled client satisfaction.Email us
